In simple terms: When you support our Tides2Tea campaign, you’re making a one-off payment of £10 for a digital acknowledgement (no physical product). Payment is taken upfront by card, and because it’s a digital and crowdfunding purchase, we can’t offer refunds or cancellations. UK law applies to our agreement.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through spiralis.energy (“Website”), operated by Spiralis Energy Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Our Offering
We offer a crowdfunding product called Tides2Tea, priced at £10 for a “Pot of Tea”. Each purchase represents your public support and a contribution towards our tidal energy project, with a digital acknowledgement provided. No physical goods are shipped.
We also partner with Teemill for print on demand apparel. All orders are processed and shipped directly by Teemill (www.teemill.com)
4. Payment Terms
Payment is taken at the time of purchase via Wix - our website host and approved card payment processor.
Apparel order payments are processed directly by Teemill
5. Delivery
Tides2Tea: Delivery of the certificate of purchase is by digital download via email link. There is an option to stay updated on the campaign and Spiralis in general. Names will be applied to the Skelters in date order once the Power Barges have been built. No physical products are shipped.
Apparel/Teemill: Delivery of the item(s) will be shipped directly from Teemill as per the terms on the apparel website at the time of purchase.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Tides2Tea: All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods and crowdfunding, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or cancellations.
Apparel/Teemill: Refunds and cancellations are handled directly with our partner Teemill. Please see the T&Cs for these products on the apparel website www.teemill.com
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
Tides2Tea: We provide our digital product “as is” without warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Apparel/Teemill: Teemill provide our apparel “as is” without warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
